On March 14, 2016, I had an Dermatology Appointment at the [redacted] to see a Dermatologist (Dr [redacted] )Dr [redacted] prescribed two Prescriptions (one for my "left ear and the 2nd prescription was a Compound for the dark spots on my Face." I took the prescriptions to Grubbs Pharmacy on the same day March 14, Grubbs filled the prescription for my "ear." However, As of this day - March 24, 2016, Grubbs can't find my prescription for the "Compound!" The "compound Specialist," MrRon T [redacted] has been "pulling my leg" since March 14, 2016, concerning why he couldn't fill the "Compound Prescription!" Today, March 25th, I told him that I was "fed up" with lies and, I wanted to know what happen to the "Compound" prescription! He repeatedly told me that he place it in the Grubbs prescription drawer but, it disappeared!
