Grubbs Infinity

We purchased our QX60 in 2018 and traded it in 2019 for a QX80. Only to trade that in in 2020. But due to covid and our traveling for FEMA work, we never received our refunds back. Once we returned from working, we inquired about our refund. only to be told it was too old of an account and that there was nothing they could do. Then the GM called us and said he would take care of it, and then he was reassigned. Then a lady in the finance dept re-iterated that it had been too long and basically, we lost or refund. Can anyone point us in the right direction. These extras that we buy when purchasing a new vehicle belongs to the buyer. At least that is what we are told. This refund or monies should be lost or "too old".
