We are in receipt of the complaint lodged against our company by a [redacted] of [redacted] MA. He called our office last week, and yelled a stream of obscenities without our receptionist even getting
a word in edgewise, and after listening to an endless stream of profanity, she finally...

hung up. We have caller ID, and she recorded the phone number and passed It on to me.
I waited an hour or so and called Mr. [redacted] back.  He answered the phone shouting "[redacted], [redacted], [redacted]",  It startled me, and I finally said, "Mr. [redacted]?",   He then launched into an endless recitation of street slang sexual references, punctuated by vivid descriptions of sexual activities.  At one point, I was able to insert a question, "We need your email to remove you sir", which agitated
him to the point he was yelling himself hoarse continuing with threats of coming to Phoenix to "Make sure this never happens again", and back Into vivid descriptions of what are considered deviate sexual acts, most likely for shock value.  My carnal knowledge Increased substantially that day.
I hung In there hoping for a pause to again ask for his email address, and midstream, punctuated by an even more boisterous recitation sexual body parts and functions, both human and animal, and at a peak of screaming and hoarseness when I thought his lungs might burst, the line suddenly went dead.
Regrettably, the email listed by Mr. [redacted] In your letter is nowhere to be found In our customer data base.  Without his cooperation, It Is highly probably he will get another email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.These lowlife ss have repeatedly sent me their spam. I have opted out several times now, and yet they continued. If they don't want to be called what they are, then perhaps they should change their sleazy business practices.  It's that simple.  NOBODY wants their junkmail or spam. Continuing to send people spam after they've opted out is ILLEGAL.  I'm sorry this pathetic company can't attact business any other way, but maybe if they weren't so pathetic, the would.
