It is unfortunate that an organization that has such a public stature delivers subpar service. After taking my money they have yet to deliver the promised service, respond to phone calls or emails. Perhaps they do offer a unique service, I unfortunately have not had the opportunity to experience. Caution when investing your money with this company-there are far better more professional options.

This company double billed me for $395 in Feb/13 I caught him and he emailed that he would refund immediately. Never has. Same MO as other complaints.Contacted with [redacted] of Gruber Marketing to market an article I had written. Gave him my credit card # to pay for the $395. (The service by the way was worthless - he dis NOTHING). But my issue is that he billed me $395 TWICE on 2/7. I caight him on it and confranted him and he blamed it on server issues and admitted he double billed and would refund. On 2/10. 13 at 3:07 PM he emailed:[redacted],I had emailed you on this, I think I had server issues on Friday and Saturday.I received an error message on the first order so we re-processed it the next day. But, I noticed when I saw the bank transactions that the numbers did not match up.
