Initially, interaction with Storage on Wheels was a good one. I was able to rent a 20' container for $75/month to be charged to my credit card every month. After a week, I decided that I would like to purchase a container. I met Greg at the yard to pick out an $1900 container. Greg told me that when I was ready to exchange to rental bin he would pick a nice one out. DIDN"T HAPPEN. They delivered an old, rusty, dirty bin w/ flaking paint.. I found out later, Greg had his yard guy, Kevin, pick out the container. I called Greg and he said, don't worry, just pick out another. Yesterday, I went to the yard, picked out the bin, and arranged delivery. What a joke! The driver was incompetent. He couldn't level the bin and blamed it on my husband. Greg then charged my card on file $2100 which I never authorized. If you want professional service and a level storage container...DON'T CALL THEYS GUYS!
