In response to the latest email I offer two attachmentsThe first is the window sticker, which they already have, showing the MSRP of $38, Which I stated in my first response was negotiated down to $37,The second is the invoice form Honda Corporation showing the cost to us of $35, It is inconceivable that we would have offered a price of $32,less $5,for their trade [redacted] General ManagerMtKisco H***

In response to the latest email I offer two attachments. The first is the window sticker, which they already have, showing the MSRP of $38,755.  Which I stated in my first response was negotiated down to $37,700. The second is the invoice form Honda Corporation showing the cost to us of $35,502.58.  It is inconceivable that we would have offered a price of $32,400 less $5,300 for their trade. [redacted] General ManagerMt. Kisco H[redacted]

Sir / Madam There is no confusion what we have is lying, dishonesty, lousy business ethics, misleading the consumer for your personal gain. Two months ago, I went to Mt. Kisco Honda, met with Zach and your manager and negotiated a deal based on a Honda Pilot blue that you had there at time, with a sticker price of $35,600.   We negotiated that sticker price to $32,400 minus $5300 that you offered for my car. We got up and shook on it, not surprised that doesn't mean anything to you people there, but my father taught me different.  After waiting two months, got a call from Zach, the car was coming in that afternoon, in the color that we had requested, can we close deal before the end of month, I replied no problem on my end.  Zach then said to me you need to bring your car in, I asked what for, he replayed because your car is two months, has more miles and is worth less.  I then told Zach, over the phone I'm NOT bringing my  in car,  we have a deal if you people cannot honor what we negotiated, I'm not interested. Later that afternoon Zach called, said the car had arrived for me to stop by and look at car, I agreed and meet him a couple of hours later.  The second I walked in show room Zach told me you don't have to worry we are honoring deal we made two months ago. I was happy, and we went downstairs to look at car, on the way down I even told Zach that the following week I was going to come in to buy another car CRV for my daughter that just got her drivers license a short time ago.  After looking at the car I went to the bank got a check met my wife came back to close deal.  These are the facts and there is no disputing this, I never at any time negotiated a sticker price of $38,755 with anyone ever.  Why couldn't Zach or the manager come clean, and say to me, the car that came in costs $38,755, we need to sit down and go over these numbers, THEY NEVER DID, I NEVER EVER NEGOTIATED $38,755.  Why wasn't the sticker on car?Why wasn't I given the sticker of the car at the time of the sale? I was never given a sticker to that car.  When I went back last Saturday to complain, I called the police and the officer that responded is the one that gave me the sticker. You can ask the officer if this was true?I don't even know if this sticker is real, the way these people do business I don't believe anything from them.  I negotiated a deal based on $35,600 if the car that came in was $38,755 I should have a chance to negotiate that as well, this shouldn't be kept from me. In order to make this right I feel that MT KISCO HONDA OWES ME  $3,155 this represents $38,755 that they are saying the sticker price is minus the deal I had in place from a sticker price of $35,600 Its ironic how this misunderstanding only benefits one party, Mt. Kisco Honda, even with the interest rates only benefits them.  They never have any misunderstanding in clients favor, because they are extremely experienced on playing all angles in this business, its easy for them to say that I misunderstood.  I have one more question, in the big long page of contract , why don't we ever see the number $37,700 we see all other numbers but not $37,700, in my opinion this is also done on purpose not to bring attention to buyer, had I seen this no deal would have of been made.   Amandio S[redacted]

I believe that what we are dealing with is some confusion. [redacted] purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L.The MSRP on that vehicle...

is                              $38,755After some negotiation we agreed on a sale price of     $37,700We also agreed on their trade price of       $5,300Yielding a final price to them of          $32,400Our invoice price (our cost) on this vehicle is     $35,200 how would we ever come to an agreed price of $32,400 less the $5,300 for their trade? In addition [redacted] are including finance charges, taxes, motor vehicle fees, tire recycle fees and they purchased a 8 year 120,000 mile extended warrantee.I do believe there is a great deal of confusion here on the part of [redacted].
