She if very verbally abusive to everyone and then she would call back the next day to apologize for her abusive behavior, then call the next day to yell some more. Also left out of Ms. [redacted]s complaint was her accusing us of driving her Subaru for 4000 miles and even called Travis County to report it to the vehicle theft department until she was proven wrong. I think this customer is an unhappy individual that has targeted us as her next whipping post. We talked to Ms. [redacted] throughout the repairs and explained processes, etc.. We are honestly all blown away here at her actions and behavior. I have no problem giving her a copy of the carpet invoice. We did labor free of course.
