Good afternoon I have contacted [redacted] myself and he sent me picture of the shirtsI also had our route representative stop by and pick up the shirts and sent a follow up email to [redacted] to make sure this happened( waiting on response)Once I get the shirts in my possession than I can come up with a solution for ***We at UniFirst strive for customer service and will do what is needed to make sure that [redacted] is taken care of and hopefully a customer for life

I am rejecting this response because: its more of the same run around was told the shirts would be picked up monday then tuesday then wednesday and got msg this morning would be picked up tomorrow \. as he said "will work out something once the shirts are in his hand" but if they make no effort to pick them up then its just same old run around. not a solution
