I called Grumpy's Plumbing service on 4/12/& spoke to the owners wife about needing emergency service for my water heater She said that she was on her way home from church & had her Year old son write down my information & I also left the info on her voice mailShe said that she also needed my landlords name & phone#She said that she would call them and get back to me .She said no worries! So I waited about an hour, called back and got a voicemailI left a message for her to Please call me back regarding getting ahold of my landlordI never heard from her she just left me hangingSo I called my landlord and he told me that Grumpys 'Never called them!
