Grumpy's Plumbing Service

I called Grumpy's Plumbing service on 4/12/15 & spoke to the owners wife about needing emergency service for my water heater. She said that she was on her way home from church & had her 10 Year old son write down my information & I also left the info on her voice mail.. She said that she also needed my landlords name & phone#. She said that she would call them and get back to me .She said no worries! So I waited about an hour, called back and got a voicemail. I left a message for her to Please call me back regarding getting ahold of my landlord. I never heard from her she just left me hanging. So I called my landlord and he told me that Grumpys 'Never called them!
