Grunders Farm Equipment Inc

Review: I ordered parts from Grunder's Farm Equipment. They insisted on a credit/debit card prior to the order. I waited over a week for my parts to be delivered; which I paid freight charges. When I received the order, one piece was incorrect. They sent me the wrong part. I called them immediately. I was told to send back the part, at my expense, and I would be re-imbursed. I am not going out of my way to go to the post office and send back a part that was sent to me incorrectly. Any other vendor I work with sends me a shipping label and has the incorrect item picked up at my home.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund of the price of the part and a shipping label to return the part that they sent incorrectly. I paid them right away and I expect the same response for the refund.
