Please remove this complaint from Mr. [redacted] as it is untrue.Attached please see a screen shot of the ruling by [redacted].  Please note the case number and my name, [redacted] referenced at the top the message.  My business is Grunion Customs and Grunion Fabrication, my [redacted]...

account is under Grunion Fabrication.Per our return policy, we asked Mr. [redacted] for photos of the parts, he refused.  We offered him a partial refund for returning the spindles only and a full refund was offered for returning the whole kit.  Mr. [redacted] did neither, he chose to keep the merchandise and the case was closed by [redacted] in our favor.   He additionally refused to supply [redacted] or [redacted] with photos as proof.We believe he was being dishonest through the entire process and wanted to return parts from another vendor, that is why he refused to send photos.If additional proof is needed, please let us know we will be happy to provide it for you.Thank you[redacted]OwnerGrunion Customs, LLCGrunion Fabrication, LLC###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
can someone please call me in regards to this matter,it has not been resloved.this company has my returned parts and my money also.I could not get a refund by [redacted] because their policy only allows full refunds of the total amount,whereas I need a partial refund for the incorrect parts I returned to them.I could not return all the parts because they were installed on a customers truck.they sent me a return label for me to return the parts and never sent me my refund.they have posted on [redacted] that the refund is sitting in [redacted] unclaimed which is not true.I have email conversations that I have had with [redacted] with him stating that he will refund my money and to send the incorrect parts back.when they received the parts they told me that the parts are the correct ones which they are not.why they want pictures of parts that were returned to them makes no sense to me along with all the other lies and stories they tell.on august 7th they stated to [redacted] that I did not include a receipt or ran#, the receipt was in the box with the parts. bottom line is they have my parts I returned to them via their supplied shipping label and they have not refunded my money for them.I also have all of the [redacted] conversation if needed. thank you
