In response to the landscaper.I did not ask them to repair the entire yard. I did request that he level out the area and reseed. The landowner does agree that the area of damage is not repaired. I did become upset with his refusal to complete the job as promised. I did tell the landowner that the landscaper may have no further access to my yard since the damage was not repaired. He received a job last year in November landscaping the land next to the Neil [redacted]’s property. He did receive permission to run his bobcat along the property line to haul in stone. When the job was completed there were ruts in the complainant’s property. Justin paid for and hauled in...

10 yards of black dirt. He leveled it seeded it and covered it with hay. This year I was called by the Neil [redacted] and he was complaining that the hey was rotting.  Justin explained to him that it need to be mulched and decompose. He needed to cut it and it would get mulched and the grass would thicken.  Justin offered to come out and reseed and repair it. Neil [redacted] wanted him to come out and tear out the lawn and redo the whole yard. Justin told him he would only come out and reseed it and oversee the repair. Neil [redacted] started screaming at Justin on the phone. Justin told him “Sir there is no reason to be yelling”, Mr. [redacted] screamed at Justin that he wanted his yard repaired this week. (the week of the 17 of May. Justin told him he did not have time to repair it this week. Mr. [redacted] screamed at him that he did not give a F… about his schedule.  Justin told him it was repaired and he was not going deal with him again. Mr. [redacted] told his neighbors that Justin steps one foot over his property line that there would be hell to pay. Now when Justin goes to cut the neighbors laws the police come to sit near.  The concern is that Justin will be attacked by Mr. [redacted]. Justin works hard to develop great relationships with all of his customers.  He regrets that this incident occurred and that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy. Mr. Neil [redacted]s behavior is unrealistic and inappropriate.

Company advised that they have responded as best they can and will not be responding further.
