I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The inspection was done approximately weeks prior to the delivery of the new mattress by [redacted] that works for Guynn FurnitureUpon inspection, he stated we can do the trade if we pay the pro-rated expense of the mattress and we agreed, at that point we went to Guynn Furniture and met with [redacted] to look at the mattresses and made our choiceWe were told the mattress would be delivered and all will be finalUpon delivery of the new mattress a stain was found on our mattress, that had been there for some time, then we were told the trade could not be madeOur complaint is why the sudden change in mind of the stain on the mattress? The stain had been there during the first inspection! So why all of a sudden, this is an issue after all had been taken care of before? If stains were an issue what wasn't we told? The customer purchased a mattress from Guynn Furniture and ownership of the mattress was taken by the customer On or about, December 13, 2016, we were contacted by the customer and they wanted to exchange the originally purchased mattress It is Company policy, along with the
manufacturer's policy to refund or exchange any product that has not been damaged or stained by the customer between the purchase date and the date of exchange On or about December 19, 2016, Guynn Furniture employees delivered another mattress to the customer with the intent to replace the originally purchased product, however; while inspecting the original mattress purchased, it was noticed the mattress contained a stain that was not present at the time of original purchase As stated above, the mattress manufacturer refuses to exchange any product that has a stain present, therefore, the mattress could not exchanged.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions,Thank you, *** ***

Upon inspection, he stated we can do the trade if we pay the pro-rated expense of the mattress and we agreed, at that point we went to Guynn Furniture and met with [redacted] to look at the mattresses and made our choice. We were told the mattress would be delivered and all will be final. Upon delivery of the new mattress a stain was found on our mattress, that had been there for some time, then we were told the trade could not be made.
