I bought in january a refrigerator to this company for delivery in cuban with a maximun of days, the time is pass [redacted] and They don't answer I bought a whirlpool refrigerator from grupo caracol inc one in the amount of $1,on january 11, under order number XXXXXXX this refrigerator should have been delivered in Cuba no later than days after the order was placedthey have not delivered the item yet and it has been more than days past the days maximum expected timeI have try calling them to find out, but they don't answer the phone .I received one number and a web page to check my order that is caribbean cargo hub with company contact info as address: nw st miami, fl XXXXX phone XXXXXXXXXXBut the order status on their web page always shows as arriving from the first day At this point I just want my money back or my refrigerator

I bought a scooter from them with overseas deliveryIt never arrived and I cancelled and requested refundThey have not refunded me In November I bought a scooter from Caracol with overseas delivery to Cuba within daysI was in constant communication with them with all sorts of excuses for the delayI finally went in June and cancelled the order and requested a refundThey promised refund within daysIts now been over days and still no refundThe last time I went in to their office obviously upset, they threatened to call the police and said they would call me whenever the refund check arrivedIt was $1,569, I am a retired year old man that doesn't have the luxury of being robbedI also cannot afford an attorney on my social security benefitsI just want my money backI'm sick and my nerves and blood pressure go up every time I show up over there to try and get my money backi feel I have been robbedPlease help me

I feel cheated with this company because their policy they ensure the shipment in maximum days and I have days waiting just get lies This company is dedicated to send merchandise to Cuba for barbe, last day October 11, 2017, I placed the orders No 910, 911, and 938, I bought merchandise with them for a total value of dollarsIn the policy of this company they say that the maximum period of time that the merchandise delays in arriving to its destination is days, to date the company has with my orders a total of days, when I communicate with MrJuan Carlos who is the manager of this business and his phone number is XXXXXXXXXX, he always lies to me, he tells me that this Friday the container goes out and so I have been waiting for months every Friday of every month, they do not answer phones and I have proof of cancellation request of the order and does not respondthey manage the business with the client's money, when you make a pagi, they take that money

purchased and a/c that was never delivery to Cuba I order an air condition on 07/08/to be delivery to my family member in Habana Cuba, they informed me that a/c will in Cuba with days order number Paid with master card total amount #
