Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/07/13) */ The customer contacted us on July 7, for the first time, to let us know that we were deducting premiums from his bank account for a tenant policy that he thought he'd cancelledWe reviewed all correspondence and listened to all calls received from the customer, but there was no record of him cancelling his tenant insurance with us (only his car insurance)Our policy allows us to back date cancellations to days prior and offer a corresponding refundHowever, because we understand the importance of excellent customer service, the customer was informed that we will be refunding him for 100% the premiums deducted from his account for his recently cancelled tenant policy

was given as that they will issue the metter in writing that I was not at fault and there will be no negative effect on my insurance industry
They also agreed to reimburse me all of the NSF accrued during the policy period
As long as I receieve the letter and the monies in a timely fashion, I completely accept the response
