Gryboski Builders, Inc. Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
In
response to the statement by West Coast Patrol there are some serious
inaccuracies as to their statementsFirst of all I had "two vehicles on
the premise" one was always parked in the garage, and the Land Rover
was usually parked in a stallAt times it was parked in the garageAny time
my sons would visit their cars were parked on the street, South Coast Metro
driveAs to the day in question that my vehicle was towed I received a phone
call from my son *** who was hysterical as he was conveying to me that West
Coast Patrol was towing my Land Rover I could hear my son on the phone
shouting stop and not to take the vehicle to any avail(I have attached his
written statement as to what transpired)There would be an additional witness
who is my neighbor Kyle who witnessed what happenedMy son was never asked
whether he could move the vehicle, he had the key in his hand ready to move the
vehicleAs to the fact that they car had a dead battery, this is a complete
lie, it had a brand new battery (see attached receipt from Costco) which was
purchased March 1,
A couple of other important facts I was told by West Coast Patrol that the
vehicle was being towed for lack of a hangar tag and storageWhen I called and
spoke to *** at Tow and Mo (I spoke to him March at 3:PM), who is still holding my vehicle, I explained that
the vehicle was illegally towedI told him it had a hangar tag associated to
the vehicle and that it was being used (evidence of a new battery) *** clearly
stated to me that the vehicle was not towed for "lack of a hangar
tag" but because it was being stored
A couple of other important notes at the time the vehicle was towed it would
have been $to release the vehicle, I did not have the funds at that time
and now a week or so later the storage fees have gone significantly higher
prompting the Tow & Mo to auction the vehicleI am demanding the payment
of the vehicle and returned to me immediately

Each resident is allowed no more that two vehicles on the property. Registering your vehicle with the office determines eligibility to receive a permit, it does not afford the right to park.  If you own only one vehicle, you receive a carport or garage.  If you own two or more...

vehicles, you receive one "hang style" permit to be displayed in the car of your choosing in the unassigned open parking.  From my understanding, the resident has two vehicles and  his son has one.  The vehicle that was towed was being stored and no permit was on the vehicle.  This vehicle was towed for no visible permit.  The owner of the vehicle stated in his complaint that there was a visible permit which is not accurate.  The owners' son came out during the impound process and was given an opportunity to have the vehicle released to him at no charge even though the tow company had already taken possession of the vehicle as long as he agreed to drive the vehicle off the property as it was parked illegally.  The owners' son stated that he did not have the keys and the vehicle had a dead battery.  The vehicle was therefore towed. The resident signed a parking rules agreement stating that he would follow the parking rules.  The signs at the entrance of the property clearly list the parking rules and prohibit storing of vehicles and state vehicles require a valid permit be displayed at all times.  WCMP has photos and video of the vehicle prior to the vehicle being towed showing the vehicle did not have a permit.  Additionally, in an email WCMP received from the resident, he claims the permit may have been stolen previously as he says he found the vehicle opened on previous occasions.  Now his statement is that the permit was present, despite the fact that we have evidence proving otherwise.
