In response to the complaint that was filed on 11/16/2015, I need to point out few false statements accusations. The car that is reference here was at G&S Garage on 9/14/15 for services requested by the customer. No diagnosis was made on this day, repairs made on this day were the customers...

request. The customer presented a diagnosis sheet from the [redacted] Dealer at this time. Customer requested that we make repairs according to the Dealer’s sheet. At this time, we performed tune-up. The coolant reservoir that is in question was removed to properly do repairs, however it was also properly reinstalled. The customer returned once gan on 9/19/15 to have a fuel pump installed. Customers is claiming that had an issue with the coolant reservoir on the same day 9/919/15 (according to the Revdex.com paperwork) however, when a fuel pump is installed to this Model of car, you do not work under the hood. The fuel pump is inside of the gas tank. The car must be raised up and the fuel tank must be removed and lowered in order to replace the pump. on this day, the customer was satisfied and there was never anything mentioned of this problem with the coolant that they are claiming. At least two weeks later, the customer had the vehicle towed to G&S Garage. When the customer was called to ask what was wrong with the car, HE,stated that the car was smoking a little bit while his wife was driving it. He asked for the vehicle to be driven and checked. At this time drove the vehicle on route ** to [redacted] exit and camie back by way of route ** to G&S Garage. Upon returning to the shop, I checked the car once again and found that the valve cover gaskets on the car were leaking oil. which does create minor smoke due to the fact that the small amounts of oil were dripping down onto the exhaust pipes. Valve cover gasket is not a part of a regular routine tune-up. The car presented no signs of leaking antifreeze. Customer was called, at which time SHE was very rude when we tried to explain what was found to be wrong with the car. She started yelling about how the car was just worked on recently and she wanted it fixed. She was told that the valve cover gaskets that were leaking had nothing to do with what had been previously done. She said she needed to be able to drive her car to get to work. She was told that the car was still safe enough to drive but recommended to replace valve cover gaskets. customer declined the repair. The customer left with the car and never called or returned until 11/13/15. on this day, the customer only called to request copies of receipts for past few repairs. The customer always gets receipts when they leave with the vehicle. However, copies were made and on the day that the customer came to pick up the receipts (13/16/15), the customer then states that HE needs a coolant reservoir for the vehicle. He stated that [redacted] told them that they needed it because the reservoir was not put on properly when a tune up was given. First of all, the customer never tried talking to us about this issue until 11/6/15. They never brought the vehicle back - or the reservoir that was allegedly damaged here. The vehicle could have been looked at or touched by anyone in this timeframe. We were not made aware of the situation and the customer also lied when he called the shop to request the SECOND copies of the receipts; he stated that his wife could use the repairs as some sort of deduction at Work in which he was not aware of. They claim they spoke to us . about trying to resolve something and that is false. This was also secretive. This customer constantly tries to make issues, yet keeps returning for work. The customer is always paying the dealer for an expensive diagnosis but then returns to G&S Garage to get the work done, The customer also always tries to be hard to get along with and requests discounts all the time. My labor prices are very fair and affordable and much below the average shop/big box store.I am a very experienced mechanic, as have been in Business for about 36 Years.Thank You,Samuel L
