Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The items on the Due Bill have not been completedI am still missing the rear, inside electrical cover and the boot replacement peg as noted on the Due BillThese items were ordered back in Aug of and when received were the wrong sizeI brought my car back several times so the service department could remeasure and I have been told several times the replacements are "on the way", but I have yet to see themI will accept responsibility for the damaged paint, due to the fact the original note to touwas on a separate piece of paper written by C [redacted] (witnessed by "Josh" (service), A [redacted] (service) and by M [redacted] (sales) and I neglected to get a copy (even though the paint was part of the original parts order that came in)This seems to be a black and white situation to remedy and I feel I have been very patient, especially given the circumstances surrounding the purchase of this vehicleI would like Coast Nissan to honor their Due Bill and replace the two items noted above Regards, Jyll Lysobey

This customer issue was resolved to their satisfaction. We installed a hitch on a different vehicle (operated by the spouse) in lieu of the installation for the Tacoma. N*** ***GM Coast Nissan

follow-up appointment with the British car mechanic to address the temperature control failure which was found, as it has been explained to me that this could be causing the hesitation (present at time of purchase).   This item is not included on the due bill.  This item was not agreed at the time of sale.  The due bill states “As Is” with “Nothing Further Due.”     3.    The last item I would like to have repaired is the damaged paint on the hood, doors and driver side as they are down to the metal. Touch up paint was ordered and lost. This item is not included on the due bill.  This item was not agreed at the time of sale.  The due bill states “As Is” with “Nothing Further Due.”
