Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I attempted to contact the company directly, prior to filing my claim They did not opt to respond to me directly, lthough I contacted them via email and phone I realize that I called them over the weekend, but they did not call me at all the following Monday, which was when I contacted the Revdex.com I am not attempting to bully anyone On the contrary, I would have appreciated if GS Sports would have responded to me, returned a phone call, and admitted their mistake Instead, they decided to just "fix" the price on their website and proceed as if nothing happened As I stated before, I was under the impression that this was a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale item, and wanted to optimize that opportunity GS Sports literally tried to ignore my attempts, and sweep their advertisement under the rug I just want to make the purchase, at the price that they had on their website Regards, [redacted] ***

We never falsely advertised anything, you just misread it The product description clearly states you must add the roller bag first in order to upgrade the wheels on the bagIt's on nice bold lettering, feel free to post that screen shot We decided to change it to (2) items because of your bogus complaintWe responded to you that the $was to upgrade the wheels which you did not read, and all you wanted to do was take advantage of usWe refuse to be bullied so there was nothing else to say as we will not honor something you misread or misunderstood.furthermore you claim you thought this was a Black Friday deal but this item was not even listed under the Black Friday / cyber Monday tabWe never stated we had any site wide discount so why would you assume that item was on a Black Friday deal? Once again you misunderstood or assumed something that was not true so your trying to bully us into selling you something at a price point you have never seen or will never see because the price would be so ridiculously absurd. your request is even more ridiculously you want us to sell you 4-bags at $AND upgrade the wheels for free, AND ship for freeTell me how that is NOT trying to take advantage of us? So you are pretty much asking us to take a $lose because you misunderstood or did not read the product description. if you are filing this complaint and think we are so misleading why would you want to even do business with us? There never was a completed transaction so why do business with a company you feel is dishonest? Once againit's because your trying to take advantage of us

If you clearly look at the description of the product it is in BOLD text that the $is to upgrade the bag to inline wheels, It also stated that you must add the actual bag to the cart in order to purchase the upgraded wheels. We refuse to be bullied by a person with the mentality that
customers always right regardless if their train of thought makes no senseIt clearly shows you are trying to take advance of us because you are trying to purchase as many as you canAll this customer is trying to do is take advance of this complaint to Revdex.com so he can receive a product at a 75% off discount which we will absolutely not honor
