Review: We bought a 2008 mazda3 from this dealership on August 24,2015. I was told that I'll get tags and registration within 10 days. I waited over the 10 days and I called [redacted] which is the person who sold the car to me and he kept saying oh I have the DMV appointment for your car this day so I waited again and nothing so I called him again and again he supposed to meet me somewhere to give me the paperwork and for me to get tags ,registration and title but again he never show up. I called him and didn' t pick up. I went to.his bussiness location and there was nnobody there and I so a new sign for lease. I got really scared. I went to the DMVflorin and they helped me out to get tags, registration,and title. And just now I was having a hard time renewing tags and registration because someone tried to register my car under someone else name.this car is under my name and my husband s name [redacted]. This business people are luing to people. ,I finally got this fix. But it was a nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money I paid for tags and registration for last year that I paid $144. Because I paid it to the dealership at the time I bought this car. I also want a compensation for all this inconvenience that I been through. I really hope you can help me out. Thanks [redacted]

Review: This company is committing auto fraud against it's customers. The auto dealer sells a vehicle to the customer, have the customer return to the auto dealership, and sign another contract, due to the auto dealership not disclosing deferred payment information to the finance company, allows several days to pass, and then contacts the customer and states that the finance company does not want to make a deal, and tells the customer to return the vehicle to the auto dealership. The dealer will tell the customer, if they could get a co-signer then they can purchase the vehicle, but it will take a few days to process the information, and the vehicle needs to stay at the dealership until the transaction has been completed. Or the customer can purchase a cheaper vehicle without having a co-signer. If a refund is requested then the customer is told that they will be able to receive a check minus the cancellation fees, although the auto dealership is the contract cancellation party.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund of my down payment.

Review: Hello [redacted]: I have a problem and it is concerning a Ford mustang that I thought I had over 2 weeks ago, I thought all was well until I get calls saying, I am working temporary and I was unfortunately, but that wasn't my mistake it was the way it went down. only had the car for not a full 12 days and probably put only 200 miles on the car and I came by on the 28th asking for the money that I put down, I spent over $400 hundred dollars on insurance on that car, that means $!,400 dollars for 12 days does that makes sense and I have no bad car record or dui's that is crazy no wonder that car is seating there so long in your parking lot, wish I didn't make the decision of going for it, and your finance company is not good at all, I do have a pension to go along with working hard like I do and money is hard these days and time, I am only asking for my money which is $1,000 dollars that [redacted] said he would but talk is cheap and actions speaks louder than words, he said he would talk to you about it and would call me back, I haven't heard nothing I need a car to get to work, like everybody do and Sacramento is not a good place, this is bad business, please give me a call concerning this....Sincerely [redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: Hello manager, the message above says it all, and they said they would give me a refund back from the car and it probably wouldn't be the full refund, every time I call the sales person said he would call me back, the name of this sales person is [redacted], he sold the car to me and the owners name is [redacted] the message as you can see that I sent to him he even said he would call me back and never did, bad business and I need a car real bad, Thanks for reading,, [redacted]
