I ordered the download version of a Bernina service manualImmediately after I completed checkout, there was a download link on the screen(I also got an email with the link, but it's nice to have it on the web page, since emails can go missing)I downloaded with no problems, and there was no security on the pdf that would have kept me from printing it out or making notes on the fileI didn't need to talk to customer service, so can't speak to that, but would buy from them again
