Review: Since February 2013, I have been trying to reach [redacted] from Global Sports and Entertainment, also known as GSEA Peru, who has been evading my requests to correct an order I placed through GSEA Peru that she completely messed up. She comes into my place of business and promises quality service and products. I purchased $1100 worth of shirts for my employees of which 50 of the shirts came in the wrong color. I ordered forest green, she sends me teal. When I reached [redacted] initially about this problem, she said she was going to send me a new set of shirts in the correct color. Since then, February 2013, [redacted] has disappeared off the face of the earth and never rectified this issue OR EVER CALLED ME BACK. She took my $1100 like a thief in the night, but never stood up to her error. Each time I call to speak with her, her employees tell me she's unavailable. Each time I email her, she never responds. I called today and got the same response I got the last 9 months--"[redacted] is not in the office." They took my money but never sent me the correct items I initially Ordered.Desired Settlement: All I want is to receive the CORRECT color shirts that I ordered.
