service center is open from 9am - 5pm Mountain time (that would be 11am - 7pm Eastern time) Perhaps if Ms*** could call our toll free number during these hours one of our representatives could find her account, close it, and issue a full refund She can reach us by calling ###-###-####

Hello, thank you for making us aware of this complaint We would like to make sure this customer gets her refund However, as she mentioned in her complaint, her name is not in our member database We tried to find an account based on all the information provided in the complaint
but are not able to issue any kind of refund unless we can find the associated account If she could call our toll free number again one of our customer service representatives would be happy to assist her in finding the account and issuing the refund.She can reach us between the hours of 9am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time at ###-###-####

This is what is showing up in bank accountI do not wish to give my debit card number but it is the same card that was charges by this company on 12/for $that I had no knowledge ofOne of the customer service reps told me that my card was listed under someone;s name that is clearly not me

We have issued a refund for the $and canceled her account Even if her card is closed the money was successfully refunded so it will go back to her account

We are sorry to hear that she had a bad experience with our sales representative. It sounds like he did not clearly explain how the program works. We have issued a full refund for the $59.95 charge.  Thank you.
