I just bought a home, and I used GSF Mortgage Corporation to processed my home loan. After submitting my initial application, I was contacted by my loan originator, [redacted]. She and her team were very pleasant to work with and helped me through each step of the process from beginning to end. Every question I had was answered. Emails and phone calls were always answered or returned in a timely manner. The service was always very professional and friendly. I received a great rate, and the pre-approval process was fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with [redacted] at GSF mortgage and would definitely recommend her and this company to anyone looking for a home mortgage provider!

My experience with GSF Mortgage and J[redacted] : friendly, fast, organized and in constant communication with me through the entire process. This was a VA loan which makes it a little more paperwork intensive - and they got it all done, on time with no issue. The closing of the loan was done at my house as GSF arranged for the closer to come to me vs. me going to them at some strange lawyers office; nice !

I would HIGHLY recommend GSF for your mortgage needs. I would avoid the zillow fast-food lenders as I had a terrible experience with them.

[redacted] and [redacted] were both delightful to work with and got me a great rate on my jumbo loan. [redacted] especially was very patient and understanding when the first home I had an accepted offer for fell through. When I went into escrow a few months later on another home, my first and only call was to [redacted] because I knew she could get me the best rate and provide excellent service.

For anyone who is hesitant to get a loan through the Internet, I suggest you give GSF a call and ask for [redacted]. I've gone through one purchase loan and 2 refi's with local banks/mortgage brokers and am very happy with my outcome with GSF. Even my real estate agent complemented on what a great rate I got and how smooth the loan process was.

I found GoGSF through Zillow mortgage rates application. The posting quoted the lowest rate AND the lowest fees. I admit, at first I was skeptical, especially working with a firm located so far from the area where I would be purchasing a new construction home. My skepticism and concern were unwarranted, or so I happily discovered.

[redacted] was my Loan Officer and [redacted] was the assigned processor. Both [redacted] and [redacted] were wonderful. They answered all my questions (and I had alot!) no matter how detailed and specific. They were prompt to return emails and phone calls, usually within the same day, but NEVER more than the next day.

[redacted] were extremely helpful in the whole refinance process. [redacted]/GSF was the first lender that we have talked to in several years that was willing to work with us to help settle several judgments as well as a bankruptcy. All the other lenders would not even consider our application UNTIL the judgments were settled but GSF was open to helping us clear the judgments through refinancing, using the equity in our home to pay off the judgments. They were willing to "go the extra mile" even though the process was much more complicated than a "standard" refinancing application. Because of that we now have a very low, 30 yr. fixed mortgage rate and are judgment free! We cannot express how much that means means to us and through [redacted] & [redacted] efforts we now have a fresh start. For us, it is the best Christmas present we could have possibly imagined!! Being a first time homebuyer can seem overwhelming. My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with [redacted], who helped us through the entire process. [redacted] was so genuine. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification, we never felt as though we were interrupting her. Her enthusiasm is contagious! She was always as excited as we were about our new home. If there ever was a worse-case scenario for a refinance mine was it. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It was such a complicated mess due to my banks incompetence. If it hadn’t been for [redacted] from GSF and her fortitude and skill I never could have navigated and pushed through this loan. I don’t think another agent could have pulled off getting this loan through without me losing my rate lock. [redacted] will be a warrior fighting for your best interest. She also got me the best rates possible, and I shopped around. I couldn’t give her a higher recommendation.

Truly an exceptional experience. GSF staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The best part is the web based upload process. Even when the seller asked to close the deal one week earlier GSF was well prepared and closed at sellers request and makes both the parties satisfied. Definitely would recommend using GSF Mortgage.

I worked with [redacted] from GSF Mortgage for the purchase of our first house and the subsequent refinance. GSF offered some of the best rates and Andy provided outstanding service throughout the process. I could not be happier with the experience I had with GSF.

Overall, I was pleased with the service from GSF Mortgage. My originator, [redacted], was professional and prompt. She returned all emails very quickly and worked directly with my agent, which was a godsend as I travel a lot. My only complaint, which is minor, is that they upgraded their system and the file uploads didn't work that well all the time. Sometimes they were great, other times I had to try 2-3 times. Even my escrow officer said GSF and my loan originator were great, but the upload system was a hassle. I closed my loan in about six weeks, so I am a pleased customer and would recommend them.

I got a VA Guaranteed Home Loan from [redacted] at GSF Mortgage after I did a search for lenders on Zillow.com. I shopped around with several different lenders and GSF was 1/2% lower than every other lender. Since I went with the VA Home Loan Program, I didn't have to put up a down payment, don't pay PMI, and didn't even have to pay the funding fee because of my 10% disability rating with VA. [redacted] was very accessible by phone and email and the secure web portal for document submission worked exactly as expected. Because everything is done electronically my loan closed less than 30 days from application.

Process was flawless. I did a refi for two homes that I own at the same time. The rates were excellent and the final numbers matched what was expected. They were responsive to both calls and email's with all responses within a few hours. I have been through other refi's where the experience was exactly the opposite. I would highly recommend GSF to anyone.

OUTSTANDING! Our experience with GSF was above and beyond exceptional. We were working with another bank and they were a half point higher on interest and we almost lost our deal through him giving a wrong answer to the seller. We switched over to GSF from a Zillow 5 star review and we got [redacted](Sr. Loan Officer) to speak with and she was like a "breath of fresh air",,very well informed, told us exactly what she could to help us out and through very difficult circumstances and things going wrong with the house we were trying to purchase, a handicap Veteran purchaser and a stressed out care-giver over the whole house shopping ordeal (as we had 3 houses fall through for inspection issues prior) we finally closed on this home with the help of [redacted] and her Loan Processor ,,[redacted]. They worked very well together for my disabled Veteran husband to be able to own his "DREAM HOME!"
