Review: On 1-13-2015 11.15am I received a shipment from [redacted], which was a [redacted] Lift I ordered that was to be used for Lifting my vehicles for service. I paid by credit card on 1-02-2015. When unloading the lift which was covered in cardboard and saran wrap the was no apparent damage. I then signed the freight companies bill of lading acknowledging the receipt of the lift. However, after taking off wrap and cardboard there was damage to both lift posts. I immediately contacted [redacted] by phone and email. He didn't answer my calls or returns any voicemails. He emailed me and said he would work with [redacted] to resolve the issue. I also then contacted [redacted] and they said they would work it out with the authorized selling agent[redacted]). I received an email 1-14-2015 at 1:19pm from [redacted] stating that [redacted] is willing to send me a New lift at the split cost between [redacted] and [redacted], which came out to $350.00 being paid by [redacted] and $350.00 to be paid for by [redacted] for shipping charges to send me a New Lift and to take the Damaged one back. [redacted] said in an email he will think about it if he wants to spend $350 to correct the situation. [redacted] then sent me an email on 1-14-2015 at 3:25pm stating that he will not pay the other half of the shipping charges in order for me to receive a new lift. I would like a New Un Damaged Lift sent to me and the old one picked up. PLease contact me at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a NEW [redacted] LIFT UN DAMAGED SENT TO ME AND THE OLD ONE PICKED UP
