GSM replaced the motherboard on my entry gates at $with payment to the owner and not the companyAfter installation the phone line has terrible static which GSM say is a line fault and to contact AT&T AT&T came out as advised and thoroughly inspected and advised that the issue is with the gate wiring and NOT the line GSM have not returned , despite giving three separate appointments, and still insist that it is not their faultThey will however replace some part at MY cost! I have another contractor now sorting this issue Based on this experience I would strongly discourage anyone to trust their gates to GSM!

you see the contract?  It says GSM.  They are GSM.  Even their website says they do fencing.  Plus, I have a cancelled check made out to GSM.

GSM replaced the motherboard on my entry gates at $1100 with payment to the owner and not the company. After installation the phone line has terrible static which GSM say is a line fault and to contact AT&T.
AT&T came out as advised and thoroughly inspected and advised that the issue is with the gate wiring and NOT the line.
GSM have not returned , despite giving three separate appointments, and still insist that it is not their fault. They will however replace some part at MY cost!
I have another contractor now sorting this issue.
Based on this experience I would strongly discourage anyone to trust their gates to GSM!

Review: On 9/25/14, GSM installed a fence, but did not use the proper materials listed in the contract. They did not use treated rails which the contract calls for.I notified them of their error on 9/30/14, and they have done nothing to fix this error, which highly compromises the integrity and longevity of the fence. Sent a fax on 11/1/14, and a certified letter on 11/4/14. No response from GSM.On 10/6/14, I called their 800 number, but no answer. Minutes later, their their sales rep, [redacted], called my number back, and hung up. I called him back again, and he claims not to know his bosses last name. Bosses first name is [redacted]. And also, he could not tell me the mailing address for the business.Desired Settlement: To properly repair the fence, the rails need to be replaced with treated wood, and the entire fence replaced with NEW cedar panels. OR, the ENTIRE fence needs to be covered with Copper Green Wood Preservative. The longer they wait, treating the fence becomes less of a possibility since it is exposed and deteriorating every day.
