Review: I purchased a cell phone from a third party on [redacted]. Right from the beginning there were problems with the phone and when taken to a cell phone company I was told that the phone was not in the condition that the company claimed it to be in. When I asked for a refund or a replacement they gave me a hard time and we have had numerous emailed back and forth and they take a long time to respond and will not provide a phone number in which I can contact them at. At different times they have claimed that the phones are done and that the [redacted] was out of the office. I even offered to have a family member come to the place of business and they did not respond at all to that. They have not refunded some of the money but still over over $70 plus they need to pay the shipping cost that I paid to send the phone back.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed the full purchase price of the phone.
