I purchased a [redacted] tablet from GSM on April 15, 2015...[redacted] sold it to me as new. When I got home to program my numbers to the device I notice that there we international numbers programed into the device. So I returned it to the store I was told by [redacted] that the device is new. I told him that I have purchased plenty of tablets and phones and none has ever came with number programmed in it. [redacted] is my cousin and she has purchased the same device and no numbers were programmed in hers. He tried to remove the numbers but they would remove. I told him that I want a new device or my money back. He told me that he didn't have anymore of those tablets in to wait until the shipment comes in. He tried to replace it with a smaller tablet and 3G I advised him that I need 4G for my business. He told me that he would upgrade me to the 7.5 tablet when they come in and give me a cover for it. The tablet started running hot. I returned it. He said time and time again that the shipment wasn't in. He told me that there was a warranty on the software. After a month of having the device I drop it and it made a little dent. But the device was still working no cracks or anything wrong with the screen. [redacted] left and another employee came to the store name [redacted], which is very rude. I took the device back tell him that I can hear on it. He kelp he device to reset it while we wait on my replacement. Once he gave it back he told me if I continue to have the issue to bring it back. I continue to return to get my new device only to be told that I have to wait on [redacted] to return to the country. I told him that this is a business and product should be honored. He refused and refused to return my money. Also he kelp the device again bc it completely went out and is no longer working.
