I am rejecting this response because:I have had others come in and mow and never had any problems with hitting the sprinklersIt's kind of a big coincidence when we find heads broken while your crews were mowing with no attempt to notify us of them damages until we called and emailed your companyThat's not how you do businessI had to stay on top of the company to even come replaceVery poor customer serviceI was simply looking for a service to come in bi weekly to keep up with the yard and you proved to that you couldn't be trusted that's why I cancelled services

2017, we were notified of broken sprinkler heads at this property. As a licensed irrigator in the state of Texas, I know that if a sprinkler head is installed properly and functioning correctly, it is not possible to damage a sprinkler head with a lawn mower. If there is a problem with the installation of a sprinkler system, those issue need to be directed to the installation company, which was not us. The damage to the referenced sprinkler heads were never verified to have been caused by one of our lawn mowers. However, to maintain good customer relations, we agreed to replace those sprinkler heads for him at no charge. Once the heads had been replaced, the client cancelled lawn service with our company. He is perfectly within his rights to do so and he was sent an email confirmation of his cancellation. His unpaid lawn service invoice was paid with the credit card information that he provided for his regular lawn service. The client then demanded a refund, which we were unwilling to provide. We have made every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter with the client, but are unwilling to refund the monies for lawn services that were contracted for. Enclosed are copies of all correspondence between both parties verifying our attempts to resolve this matter. Thank you for your time [redacted] President
