Owner *** (***) *** has not delivered the services that he was paid for to doHe ignores phone calls, text messages and emails claiming each time that he was either "busy" or was dealing with "things" or stating that he does not have the materials on timeWe paid him in June close to 50% of the job before he even startedBeginning of December everything was ready for him to go ahead and start installing the staircase and railingAccording to him, in November he claimed that he has already ordered all the materials needed and they are sitting inside his shop waiting to be installed inside my houseHe said that in order to deliver everything, he has to charge another $which we paid himAfter he got the money he only brought "balusters" and not the actual staircase that was promised and stated in the contractAfter we complained, he send some workers to install the "balusters" and caused damages to the flooring tiles because they brought the wrong equipment
Hired them to install a staircase in July of One year later the job is not completed and my house is in a mess with an incomplete staircases
In July we signed a contract that the company will install a stainless steel staircase within daysTo this day, one year later, the job has never been completed$42,was the total cost$32,was paid and the balance of $10,was due up completion of the staircase which included installation and polishing of entire staircaseIt is shiny stainless steelAt this point the installation is not even complete let alone the polishing and in turn there are areas that have actually been damagedI received a quote from another company of $26,just to do the polishing which is $16,more than the balance owed, but that can't be done since they took out stainless steel slats (I feel deliberately) and they have not returned in weeks with those piecesThey make an excuse every week but without those pieces I amOr able
