I bought a [redacted] autograph ticket with inscription for $ I called them weeks prior to the show in Edison, NJ at the end of April saying I wasn’t able to attend the show and asking for a refund They refunded me the ticket for an autograph guest that didn’t show but I’m still waiting for my $from *** and the inscription ticketI contact them and most of the time I don’t get a response other tomes they tell me they are working on it It is over weeks since I contacted them for a refund I just want my money back
At an event in Houston, Texas on 4/15, I attended an autograph signing and a photo by two local baseball playersUpon arriving, we were made aware that an additional ticket would need to purchased apart from the pre-purchased ones to enter the facility where the event was taking placeThe wait in line turned out to be approximately minutes to an hourOne reason was because they ran out of printed tickets to hand outThis long wait caused my son and I to miss the photo opportunityI advised the GTS Marketing employees, and they asked me to get in a bigger line than the one to purchase tickets to get a refundI made the mistake of not asking for refund for the second ticketThe opportunity to meet one of our local baseball players that I still had a ticket for was enough for me to stay and not make this a total waste of timeI remained there with my son for a couple of hours until the signing event startedThere were still quite a bit of people in line for this signing when t

Attend event Houston Texas 4/and 4/ I paid full price for a Springer and those that paid for a lesser valued McCann ticket was allowed to transfer for a Springer auto McCann was a no show due to medical issue When I approa***d the employees and asked how this was allowed I receive repeated responses well “do you want a refund” which I obviously did not as I paid for ticket in FebruarySituation quickly escalated as last response was take or leave it even after I asked don’t give me money an extra inscription would suffice I was advised no again a blonde haired lady who would not provide her name she went into my physical space and attempted to grab my ticket without my approval I began video recording as in my years going to shows across America primarily TriStar I have never been treated in such an unprofessional disgraceful manner
