I work for a large corporation that uses UTA. I tried using a credit line check from my bank to purchase a product we offer. The check was declined. I made two attempts in writing by fax as instructed to get an answer but, haven't heard a peep from them. My issue was resolved internally but, I feel for the people who have problems and cannot get an answer. I was under the impression we have certain rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act that covered disclosure of negative decisions on our financial lives. I'm especially concerned as I watch my credit like a hawk and my checking account balances to the penny daily. I didn't get my 0% for 2 years bank check to use against my line of credit for being a credit or check writing criminal. UTA is a D- in my book.
