I went in to get an estimate, they quoted me lower than other shops in the area that are reputable auto body shops that I know ofSo I was likeSounds good to me, I saw they had good reviews onlineOkay, sold! GOD, DO I REGRET THAT DECISIONI took my car in on Thursday at open (8:a.m.) for service, they told me I could pick up my car before close on SaturdaySounds good, a little longer than the other shops, but good priceWRONG! I got a call today that my car wouldn't be ready until MondaySometimeGreat, I left my car in your hands, have appointments tomorrowAnd then when I ask why?? Unforeseeable problemsOut of their hands, no discount for me having to call a taxi to get to appointments made over the weekend or anythingAll in all, I'm paying the same as another shop, but uncomfortably having to hail a cab around town out of pocket for my previous engagements, unknowing when I'll be done with themSo then having to wait to get picked up alsoTerrible serviceWill never come here again, and will not only NOT RECOMMEND this place to others, will ask them to NEVER go there themselvesWhat a waste of time, and what a waste in hopes of getting a good deal on my car being back to working order in the time quotedVERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I have a PT Cruiser that was experiencing shifting issues with it not going into drive unless you went into 2nd gear firstThe owner *** was extremely helpful and informative taking the time to explain to a non-mechanical person the different possibilities that could be causing the problem They got me in right away and had the transmission cable replaced and out the door within hoursI would recommend this AAMCO center to anyone and everyone I know They will go out of their way above and beyond what any other typical car repair service that I have ever experienced

Sounds good to me, I saw they had good reviews online.... Okay, sold! GOD, DO I REGRET THAT DECISION.... I took my car in on Thursday at open (8:00 a.m.) for service, they told me I could pick up my car before close on Saturday. Sounds good, a little longer than the other shops, but good price.. WRONG! I got a call today that my car wouldn't be ready until Monday.. Sometime.... Great, I left my car in your hands, have appointments tomorrow.. And then when I ask why?? Unforeseeable problems... Out of their hands, no discount for me having to call a taxi to get to appointments made over the weekend or anything.. All in all, I'm paying the same as another shop, but uncomfortably having to hail a cab around town out of pocket for my previous engagements, unknowing when I'll be done with them.. So then having to wait to get picked up also.. Terrible service. Will never come here again, and will not only NOT RECOMMEND this place to others, will ask them to NEVER go there themselves..
