We have been experiencing technical issues with our phone system yesterday afternoon and this morning: past hours, which has been now resolved. Apologize if you had not be able to reach us over the phone. Customer can reach us at anytime during our business hours.Regarding to
the order (SO#***): We have already shipped parts (*** and ***) to the customer upon order promptly, However part (***) has been back-ordered since customer placed an order, which we have been communicating and providing updates to the customer diligently regarding the ordered item and its delay. We are expecting the back ordered piece to be fulfilled within next weeks and we will continue to communicate with the customer promptly until the order is fulfilled. We thank Mr*** for his continued patience

I am rejecting this response because: they have not been communicating promptly, I was told I would be receiving updates every two weeks and have not received a call since that was stated in late July, on the last three call attempts where I have been able to get through the day they will call me back with in 15 minutes and I then call back almost 3 hours later and get told the same thing
