In regards to the security footage, you left out a very important fact - that you were away for over a week, and that you requested we review over hours of footage for a minor scratch that would be covered by your insurance regardlessAs our Security Director kindly informed you, we simply can not devote that much time on such a small matterAs many of our residents will attest, we always go out of our way to help with similar issues, but only if we have a reasonable window to review. As an alternative, we suggested that you could review the video yourself, which you agreedWe then proceeded to download the footageAgain, please understand how massive the data file/download is for 200+ hours of VIDEOAfter hours of downloading (and only getting up to 2%), the hard drive crashedI wish we could have helped, and it is unfortunate, but these things can happenI don't think it is at all fair to blame us for that Kind Regards
