Review: The solar units installed are shadowed by trees on my property until approx. 10:00 am in the summer.My contract says that they will trim and haul trees. I have talked to the salesman who sold me the job and he said he would talk to the owner but I have not received a call from him. I have sent the salesman and the owner 4 emails that have not been answered. If this is not settled, my next complaint will be to CSLB then my attorney if needed. I have about $30,000 invested and I'm not going away.When the units were installed, the sun was at a different area of the sky, The units were installed less than a year ago and the location of the sun was different and therefore the trees cast a shadow in a more crucial direction. I told the salesman we were having a large shop built on the property so he added 2 panels to the array. I've had to pay a utility bill on 2 occasions this summer.Desired Settlement: I want the shadowing tree removed and hauled away as per contract.

The systems uses micro inverters and was designed with minimal shading that is occurring. The system is over performing the stated contract. The trees on the property were taken down and removed per the contract. The tree that the customer wanted removed did not look like it was on his property. The customer communicated with us to contact him in writing which we have done. In my last email to him I asked for him to contact me to discuss which tree and if it was his property. I never received an e-mail back or a phone call. He has asked for us to respond in writing, at that time I did not call him do to him requesting in writing. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] which was contracted by us to remove his trees originally. Mr. [redacted] will be going out to the residence on11/13/2015 to look at the tree and will then returning on Sunday 11/15/2015 to remove the tree.
