I don't think I've ever been harassed by a business like this in my life. Mark Chambers showed up to my house late, I invited him into the backyard and showed him a picture of the design I was aiming for (we are installing sod) and he started dragging his foot on the dirt to outline the space. I told him it would be a little wider, and he sighed and went back to start dragging a little further out. "That's still not quite it, but I think you get the idea," I said. Then he said in a condescending and aggressive tone "Well I'm gonna have to rip all your sprinklers out then. You're not gonna like this." Ok, fair enough. I asked him to explain and he began his angry rant "It's my job to make you happy. I'm a five star company and I don't need your money. I'm not going to do work like this!" he shouted. Whoa. What did I do to make him so angry? I was confused. "Okay, well it sounds like this isn't something you're willing to work with me on..." I said. Then he continued to shout at me about not needing my money and that he won't do the job. I have NO idea why he was so mad, but honestly, he was scary. I was NOT going to let him back into my house, and at this point, I was pretty pissed. So I said "Fine, that's no problem. I'm happy to share this experience with everyone else, and will be leaving a review for your company." I went into my house and shut the door and he was screaming at me as he walked towards my side gate. I was actually afraid he was going to break one of my windows. This guy was scary, aggressive, and angry. I followed up with his company (and unfortunately I think he's the owner) and spoke with who I assume is a secretary. I asked for his full name and explained what had just happened. She was apologetic, but didn't sound surprised. Does this happen often? He was really horrible. I'm glad I discovered this before working with him. To everyone in the future, consider my review and look elsewhere. If you're a woman, make sure you've got a gun or a big guy with you if you do decide to have Mark show up to your house. I don't trust him and I don't make this kind of accusation without valid concern. Be careful.
