GTS Express Lube

I purchased a full service oil change of which my antifreeze/engine coolant was not topped off. My receipt said it was inspected but not fixed!Complaint 1: Services not rendered that I paid for! Purchased a full service oil change which includes inspecting and topping off all other fluids of the vehicle. The antifreeze/engine coolant was not, I had to purchase extra and put it in myself!Complaint 2: One of the employees was arguing with his wife/girlfriend when she showed up. While I am there with my two small children he was yelling and cursing at her then proceeded to jump through the passenger window as she tried to drive away. He continued yelling and cursing at her then began to hit the passenger seat. Once this was done he left the vehicle she drove off and he kicks a trash can across the parking lot.Desired SettlementConsidering a paid for a full service oil change and did not receive such service. The fact that my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter were subjected to obviously an angry and abusive worker with his wife a refund of my $74.07 is appropriate! I have purchased oil services before and never seen such a business conducted in a manner.Business Response In responce to complaint #1 the manager on duty serviced this vehicle and recalls the coolant being to the fill mark midway of the resivoir. This resivoir is not to be filled all the way to the top per the manafactor. As stated on the bottom of our reciepts is our warranty. It states that if your have a claim within 3 months or 3 thousand miles that you contact the manager at that location to allow us to or an approved repair facility to handle the claim. We would have been glad to handle this issue had we been contacted.As of claim # 2 The manager on duty was not aware of any such behavior of an employee that happened outside the facility due to his preforming the services underneith the van.We didn't find out about this complaint untill we recieved it from the Revdex.com. We have security camaras at this location and reviewed them and was able to confirm complaint #2 which happened outside the building. We took emidient actions to handle this employee. We apologize as a respectable company for such actions from an employee of ours to react in such a way. This was unaceptable for us.We intend on satisfing our customers with the services we perform and handle them in a perfessional manner.As of resolution we are offering this customer a free oil change on their next visit. We thank this customer for their repeat visits to this location prior to this complaint and hope to continue helping them with thier rutine maintance needs.
