I bought a 700R4 transmission 4x4 from them and less than a month I called them back they said they're going to send another one it is totally ridiculous my name is Charles it's been 3 weeks they keep saying they're going to come get it when you call them and leave a message you have to press the start button they won't call you back they don't answer your text message if they do call you back they will talk to talk to you for like a minute and then act like the phone hang up and don't call back this is totally do anybody know where I can track them down

Review: On May 30,2015 I purchased a rebuilt 4L60e transmission from GTS Transmissions for a hot rod project I was building for $699.98! The transmission was delivered to me with a new torque converter in a box turned inside out. The transmission had been painted black when they are originally a gray color. Finally got my hot rod project all ready to drive and I have put no more than 2 miles on it and the transmission won't shift into 3rd or 4th gear. I drained the fluid and what went in red came out black with metal in the pan after 2 miles. I contacted Oliver and it seemed like I was gonna get good customer service he tried to troubleshoot and when problem couldn't be corrected he stated he would bring another one out within one day if I removed it so I did so. I contacted him let him know that it had been removed and now I have been given 6 different delivery dates and all ending with excuses as to why it's not here yet. Now I can't get my phone calls answered by him but if I call from a different number he will pick up. This business is not out of business as the last conversation has occurred on February 4, 2016. They are scamming people selling other peoples core transmissions as rebuilt ones to the next buyer and simply painting them black to appear new. They are now avoiding me and I have a transmission sitting on the floor of my garage. They took my old transmission as a core which I'm sure got painted and sold to someone else. This business scams customers out of hard earned money then leaves them high and dry.Desired Settlement: After seeing that the are avoiding me, all the Revdex.com complaints are the same as mine and even turko files in San Diego did a news story on them I do not trust if they brought me another transmission it would even be good. I want a full refund so I can get my car on the road buying a transmission at a reputable shop. I will also be using the transmission I have as a core to another shop as they took my original core when they delivered me a new one.

Review: I bought a transmission from GTS for a 2004 Chevy Tahoe, they sold me the wrong one for a truck made in 2000. it took them four days to pick up the one they dropped off and pick up the core {which was my original transmission} and it took them another five days to bring back another transmission which was my original after they rebuilt it and lied and said it wasn't the original one, when GTS finally drooped off my original rebuilt transmission and I paid for a new one a part was missing off the side and they rebuilt it wrong the truck doesn't run the same, i'm still having transmissions problems...

I want my money back so I can go somewhere else and have them do the job that was suppose to be done right the first time or I want them to pay to have my Transmission rebuilt somewhere else, I wasted two weeks and $1550 with this company lost wages, they gave me the run around lying on a daily bases not answering or returning phone calls no one should have to go through what I went throughDesired Settlement: I want my money back so I can go somewhere else and have them do the job that was suppose to be done right the first time or I want them to pay to have my Transmission rebuilt somewhere else, I wasted two weeks and $1550 with this company lost wages, they gave me the run around lying on a daily bases not answering or returning phone calls no one should have to go through what I went through

Review: Received a bad transmission and have been waiting almost a month for another one.

I've been getting the run around for three weeks about when it would be delivered. Over and over they say in two days.Desired Settlement: A good transmission and a extended warranty due to having a longer down time.

Review: I bought a Transmission and Torque converter from GTS Transmission. The Transmission was supposed to be a rebuilt transmission and the torque converter was supposed to be new. I paid $ 600.00 for both. The transmission was put into the car and did not work. So I called [redacted] and he said to pull the transmission back out and he would replace it. So I had the transmission pulled back out the next day and called [redacted] again to see when he could send me my replacement. It has just been horrible from there. This all started on June 16 2015 and we are now on September 12 2015. So almost 3 months of phone tag and [redacted] giving me excuse after excuse of why the replacement transmission has not been delivered to me yet. Everyday I call at least 3 times a day and [redacted] has a new excuse and a new promise but has yet to deliver on any of it. I looked up the address on this business for GTS transmissions that they have listed on their receipt and warranty that they signed and gave me and it is an address for a post office or something like that and GTS calls that their customer service address and phone number. So there is no where for me to physically go to to make a complaint. I called the police department and they said I needed to file with the Revdex.com. Please help I do not know who else to contact to help me settle this matter and get me my money back and so GTS transmission can not keep doing this to other people. This has caused me a lot of time. stress and money not having my vehicle for almost 3 months now waiting on [redacted] and GTS transmissions to replace the faulty transmission and torque converter. This transmission was never a rebuilt transmission or new torque converter, it was just cleaned and painted on the outside to make it look rebuilt. I do have the receipt and warranty from GTS transmission and it was also signed by the delivery guy named [redacted]. Review: Purchased a transmission and was delivered to my house. Transmission was defective and failed to replace/ exchange transmission after 3 months of endless phone calls, excuses, and broken promises. Finally requested a refund after 4 months of not getting my transmission fixed or exchanged. They promised a refund but more broken promises and lies. It's been 7 months now and still a bad transmission and no refund. I am out over $[redacted] in product and installation, $[redacted] in lost income, and unimaginable stress not being able to use my company car for work. I have all the evidence to take them to small claims court and file 2 small claims cases for the maximum of $[redacted] each for my wife and I. I have over 400 outgoing calls, countless emails promising exchanges and refunds and more evidence I need to peruse legal action . Please see my desired outcome.Desired Settlement: Find out the correct owner and address of who sold me the transmission to properly serve with court papers. I need the address and name of the person I am to serve. My desired outcome is to sue them and recoup all of my losses in court. I am done dealing with these people or trying to make deals. They are scam artists that refuse to give me their information, address, proper name, or owner of this company. I have a pile of evidence and ready to serve them anytime.

Review: I bought a 700r4 on June 4 2015 from [redacted]. On November 14 the case of the transmission failed. It took me over 2 weeks of calling their "customer service" number to no avail. Finally got a call from [redacted] and it has been two weeks of absolute lies from this individual. I've been told that the transmission is on the way and of course nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my $660 back and I'll keep the transmission as the core that he exchanged with me.

Review: Bought a rebuilt transmission from GTS Transmission on March 23, 2015. When my mechanic installed the Transmission on my truck.The transmission had two issues, one it slipped from second gear to third, and 2nd front seal was completely blown, leaving puddles of oil everywhere. I only drove the truck for 3 days before calling GTS transmission to advice of the situation. I have been calling them since March 27th of 2015, to this day June 10th of 2015 they don't have a solution. I keep talking to this guy by name of [redacted] who keeps promising they will be out here, but its all false promises. always with an excuse that their drivers are behind. Better yet it's been two month three weeks and still no solution. To make things worse. had the transmission pulled out by mechanic, and he is telling me that the transmission was not a rebuild. It's just black paint covering grime between oil pan & transmission. Scraped paint off and it's an old seal. The latest I heard from this [redacted] on behalf of GTS transmission was they need proof or certification of my mechanic to proceed with a reimbursement. At this point all I want from this company is to get my seven hundred dollars back so I can move on.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement, since this company cannot meet with their contracts.

Review: just a bait ad switch scam site.they were supposed to sell me a th350 transmission they sold me a th200 after lying to me. and now will not answer their phone and website is down.Desired Settlement: just want my $500 back
