Terrible service all around. Customer service is next to non-existent. Kept charging us months after our account was canceled. And there's no way to contact anyone - no one responds via email, they've removed our access to the online portal as well. They should not be allowed to be in business. Complete fraudulent company.

I never signed a contract with this company but somehow they took over my account. Charges increased and I changed service. The contract was canceled but I continued to be billed. I informed them months ago that I canceled and to stop billing. I could find no one that understood English and they could not answer questions. I tried multiple times to no avail. They are now billing over $3000 even though they no I am not using the service.

I discontinued GTT Internet in April. They billed me in May and June. I asked them why and this is what they said : "Our system will generate an automatic credit for the charges issued after the original disconnection date. The credit will issue in the next two billing cycles."
So I have to keep paying for monthly service that I am no longer receiving for another 2 billing cycles? This seems unjust and it remains to be seen whether I will receive a refund for the monthly bills they keep sending me AFTER DISCONTINUING SERVICES.

We are currently with GTT. The last several months have been horrific. They can not seem to get the billing figured out. The bill is never the same. I understand it will vary, but not by hundred dollars or so.
Their Customer Service Department is non-existent. I am still waiting on a call back, email back or anything from 3-4 previous request. As we speak, I have been on hold for 40 mins just trying to talk to someone about an issue. They have no clue what they are charging or even how their systems works. I agree with both previous reviews. I can not get away from them fast enough. If I offered this customer service to my customers, I would not have a business very long at all! FInd someone else if at all possible! PLEASE...... NO.

Their service is abysmal honestly. We only use a DSL line with GTT as a backup to our main business line so it rarely gets used. However, one day when our main line goes down, so does our backup line with GTT. The router we had from them died. (Well technically it was from Global Capacity but hey were bought by GTT.) It took them FIVE days to send someone out to replace the faulty equipment all that time we would have had no internet or phones in our business if we didn't have a generous sister company located in the same building that we had to borrow from. I don't know about you, but most business or employees for that matter will be in a pretty bad place after bringing in a total of $0 for 5 days straight. On top of this they charged us for the privilege since our router was out of warranty, sure picked a good time to let us know. Can't forget about the late fees they tried to tack on our bill afterwards either since we were disputing the bill and it took them 2 months to get back to us with the result of our "inquiry." This is completely unacceptable from a business stand point

This is in regards to a billing issue I am having with GTT. My customer ID is ***304. I opened a second *** in *** in the end of July 2017. I told GTT that I would have my own internet installed and did not need their internet services, as it would cost too much. Come to find out, the technician who did my install was too incompetent to realize that internet had already been installed, including an existing cable modem and wireless router. The tech proceeded to install a second internet line. I confronted GTT about this with Tony C. He has been nothing but rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unwilling to help at all. I have spoken to his boss and his boss's boss. TJ H and Jeff R are just as unhelpful, rude, and incompetent as Tony. I was told that this issue would be corrected in mid-October. It is now November 6, 2017 and absolutely no resolution has been found. Tony said my billing would be changed in October. That has not happened either. I have reached out to 4 different people at GTT today, all stating that they will not help, and essentially go away. I'm the customer! I pay the paychecks. Jeff R especially needs to learn some professionalism. Absolutely ridiculous that he has the position he has with his childish and unhelpful demeanor. I was also told that my billing for store 4585 would be changed from $95 to $45 in October for backup internet. I am still being billed for $95. I have asked Jeff for his supervisor's information 5 times, and every time have been ignored. This is not difficult and my requests are exceedingly reasonable. The staff is unreasonable and ridiculously indifferent.
