This company didn't inform me that I would be charged an "agent fee."
On February 2, 2019, I was booking flights to Barcelona, Spain on Air Canada. A female voice, identifying herself as Greta, said my selection was no longer available but that she could help me get the tickets. I purchased the tickets through her. At no time did she tell me that there was a fee for services or that I would incur other costs. However, my credit card bill then specified an "Agent Fee" of $526.34. I never suthorized this fee.

Gateway Travel in Texas, Farebooth Travel in New York, or Zoom Tech in Missouri known of these companies can be found. However, January 17th I called Lufthansa (800) to make sure my online went through and the beginning of my problem began. Ruby answered "Reservations, " and said my online booking didn't go through and she could help me by rebooking over the phone and cancelling my other reservation. The cancellation happened January 18th, without my permission as I statrted a claim with AX as I suspected fraud when she sent my e-ticket under ruby@farebooth. My letter to AX says the following:

I am still concerned about traveling with a reservation done deceptively through Farebooth travel as they intercepted my call to Lufthansa without truly identifying themselves when answering the business phone line. The (800) was retrieved by me from the internet when goggling Lufthansa. I had called Lufthansa when I wanted to confirm my second online reservation booking number RX2XQM as a precautionary step to avoid another cancellation like the first online reservation as I learned by a Lufthansa agent two days ago that Lufthansa online booking site had a glitch in the system and they cancelled online bookings instead of sending a confirmation letter. I had called the Lufthansa (800) number all along. Not only did Farebooth intercept the (800) phone number, but they also answered: " Reservations", not Farebooth Travel, followed by a booking over the phone as they said my online booking did not go through never clarifying who they where as any business does. Farebooth said my booking did not work, when I called to be proactive and avoid a second online cancellation. In addition, they did the phone booking when I call for my second online booking without telling me they would downgrade me to an Economy Light reservation when my reservation with the second online booking, with booking code mentioned above, was all along an Economy Basic reservation. I have called them and all they can do is a refund to match Lufthansa's price but that is not enough as I need a full transfer of the specifications of my second booking. They have the power to cancel or change, but they never wanted to cancel my deceptive booking with them when I learned that we had two charges for two bookings with the same names to the places on the same dates. Please review and their phone number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX x *** for Ruby. The second online booking above is RX2XQM leaving February 12, 2019 SFO Oslo and the return February 20, 2019 and the third phone reservation was with Farebooth Travel booking number S3BHD8. Please review if other passenger *** the same incident for this flight and other flights as well.

My luggage and seating from SFO to Munich needs to be reinstated and/or transferred as they cancelled my booking with Lufthansa, previously without my permission. Lufthansa said I did the cancellation on my second booking when I called the next morning. I never did as I did not enter into the online website as I started a claim with AX. Furthermore, I always prefer to contract with companies directly not with third party companies. That option of me doing the cancellation is impossible. Please have tech support look into this and any programmers for the airline to see how this happened.
