It is regrettable that you feel your issuewas not given adequate attention and that you feel management wasrude to you. I assure you that this matter was given proper considerationand communicated by both the [redacted] of GTXT and the...

residentialcommunity [redacted]. I believe the nature of the incident may haveinfluenced your perception of how you were treated. It was not our intentto come off as "rude". It is never a pleasant experience to be in thesituation of having a vehicle impounded, and we understand that. In response to your complaint, I would like to explainwhat transpired on “our end” of this incident. This morning I received a callfrom a gentleman regarding a vehicle that had been towed from a privateproperty. During this conversation he explained his vehicle had been towedbecause his parking permit had fallen off of his rearwindshield. I asked what type of permit he had, to get a betterunderstanding of how it could have fallen from the rear windshield. Heexplained he had a parking sticker but that it had lost its adhesion and fallenoff once before. He was able to re-adhere it to the rear windshield where it wasdisplayed until it had apparently had fallen off again this morning, when hegot in. He said when he came out this morning (some time after 7:00 am – we spokeat 7:53 am); he discovered his sticker on the ground, in the parking lot, underneathwhere his car had been parked. Now knowing what type of parking permit he wasissued, a permanent parking permit/sticker (as opposed to a temporary, paper, permit or hanging, paper or plastic permit which are both transferrable); Iexplained that the "sticker" permits are meant to be permanent andnot to be removed. Once a permanent sticker has been removed, it does loseadhesion and will fall off. At this point I explained that our drivers have noway of knowing who a vehicle belongs to or where the vehicle is permittedto park, unless the proper permit is visibly displayed as outlined inthe residential lease agreement. He went on to explain that the sticker had lostadhesion before and fallen off but that he hadn't the time to obtain a newsticker from property management. I agreed the situation to be unfortunate andwent on to explain that our drivers are under obligation to tow vehicles as outlinedin our contract, by rules set forth by property management. I then encouragedhim to reach out to his property [redacted] to explain the situation, and havethem call us.At 9:11am, I received a call from the property [redacted]in regard to a voicemail received from this resident. We discussed his explanationof the sticker falling off, as described above. The property [redacted] expressedconcern of how this “type of sticker” could have come off the windshield at all.It was further explained, that the permanent parking stickers they issue arevery “sticky” and once on a windshield (where residents are instructed todisplay them), they do not come off easily. I asked how they would like me tomove forward with this incident. I was told that they felt the resident shouldpay the towing fee and that I would receive a call from them with furtherinformation if they spoke to the resident again. At 10:15am, the property [redacted] called me back to letme know they had spoken to the resident and after hearing the explanation, theydidn’t feel it “added up”. They said that the resident asked of them (theproperty), full reimbursement as he felt it to be the property’s obligation. Itwas again stated to GTXT that the resident was responsible for full payment ofthe fee; that it was the resident’s responsibility to communicate any issuesthey have with their parking permits, directly with the property, PRIOR to incident. At 2:38pm I received a call from the gentleman I hadspoken to earlier in the morning. He said that he had spoken to his property[redacted] and that they felt the explanations he provided to be different. Hewanted to know what I told them. I told him I summarized the conversation as wediscussed earlier that morning, that we discussed the type of permit he wasissued. I explained to him that I had no knowledge of what he and his property[redacted] discussed, only that the [redacted] felt the explanation didn’t add up andthat he was responsible for the fee. He wanted to speak to the GTXT [redacted]. I toldhim I am the [redacted] (because I am). He asked to speak to the [redacted] or someoneabove me. I told him the [redacted] is not in (because the [redacted] was not, and israrely in the office). He found it hard to believe that he could not go aboveme and his property [redacted], to get a different response. He told me that it wasobvious that neither of us (me and property management) were willing to doanything about this, and that he wanted our address to retrieve his vehicle. Itold him I didn’t know what else I could do to remedy the situation. It was hisown admission that he did not have his permit displayed on the vehicle. He seemedto understand that our driver did his job correctly and never disputed that thevehicle was parked in a reserved parking area without the required permit. He wasunhappy, the address was given, and he hung up.At 2:58pm, I received a call from a woman. She went onto say that I had been rude, that I refused to let them speak to a [redacted] andthere were derogatory comments made about me and the company. I had not spokento this woman at all in any prior conversation. She wanted a [redacted]. I told herI was the [redacted]. She said “so you are the [redacted], you sign your own paycheck?”I replied that no I was not the [redacted], he is not in and that no, I did not signmy paycheck. I was again told I was refusing to let them speak to a [redacted]. Iassured them I am the [redacted] and offered to leave a message for the [redacted] tocall. I’m not entirely sure what information I attempted to communicate was actually “heard”as every time I was asked a question, I began to respond and I was immediatelytold I was not letting them speak to a [redacted] and that I was not cooperative. At this point I explained that I had taken every call from them as well as theirproperty [redacted], that I had listened to everything all parties had to say,and there was nothing further I could do, nor could I produce someone to cometo the phone, that was not there. The woman shouted that she would report me, cussedme, threatened me and hung up. I had a meeting outside of the office at 4:00pmand was not there when vehicle was picked up. Upon my return to the office, Iwas told that the couple retrieved the vehicle, that the gentleman was nothappy with the circumstances but that he was pleasant and not rude. I was toldthat the woman was very irate, rude and assured everyone there that she wouldbe back first thing in the morning to see me, in person. I have had no other contact with anyone until respondingto this complaint which appears to have been made prior to retrieving thevehicle. Again, I took every call that came in regardingthis matter, listened to each of them and tried to communicate without incident.I truly believe the negative circumstances surrounding this situation influencedperceptions. I’m sorry this person feels this way about me and the company, however there was nothing further I could do or offer to satisfy the situation.I do have a “boss”. I actually have several, as does the [redacted] of the company –each account we service and property [redacted] we report to. We comply with everyrule each property [redacted] outlines for our company and have continuous andopen communication with each of them as well as the residents. I will be happy to meet with the vehicle [redacted] and I encourage him to call or email to schedule an appointment. Whilethere is no further solution that I can offer, I am happy to listen to hisconcern and offer any advice  that I can to prevent this type of incident from happeningagain.

I was towed by this company and they took advantage of me and they also threatened me and more and they're deciding to do something crazy.

Review: After being called several times to rectify a dispute this towing company had a "[redacted]" speak with me who was completely rude and did not want to provide any assistance with my issue. Because they are money hungry the individual continued interupt me while I was explaining myself and at several different times cut me off while I was speaking. This "[redacted]'s" tone was very rude and disrespectful. she refused to put me on the phone with another representative and implied that she was the [redacted] and supervisor that did not get paid and didnt have a boss. At several occasions I tried to get my questions out and my issued explained but was not able to due to this lady's rude attitude. they are very disgusting at this comapny and solely looks for the oppurtunity to take advangtage of people. I wouldnt recomment anyone use their services.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to contact me from the company that has manners and is willing to speak to me like I am their equal. I was already forced to make a payment due to the lack of communication and understanding of this employee I encountered. I will like for the individual to properly take care of their consumers and employ people that have manners and are not disrespectful to them no matter how long they have been on the phone. The "[redacted]" I spoke with made it her business to make sure I was aware that we were on the phone for 8 minutes and she was no longer interested in handling this situation any longer. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!
