item was manually adjusted and discount was givenThe group received every accurate price according to what they had ordered.Our menus clearly state that 18% gratuity is added to all parties of or moreThis group had guests totalAttached is a photo of the online menu showing that we notify our guests of the added gratuity for large parties.Because the bill was accurately charged with the happy hour pricing and the gratuity was rightfully added, we don't see anything that can further be adjusted.Farees S*Director of Operations
