I ordered a product from this company via their website on 4/16/2020. The day I placed the order they withdrew the funds from my bank account. I received a confirmation email stating that my order was being processed. I've read that it usually takes a few days to ship. I hadn't received the product by the beginning of May, so I contacted customer service. The asked for my order number & email & told me that there had been an error that was now fixed & my product would be shipped very quickly. It is now almost one month since I placed the order & they withdrew the funds from my account, yet I still have not received the product. I have contacted them several times via their customer service line, their Facebook & their Instagram pages without any response. If they aren't going to send the product, I've asked for a refund.

I find it interesting that my order was shipped immediately after being placed on "May 10th" even though I placed my order on April 16th, which is when the funds were withdrawn from my account. I have the tracking info from the company, but will not hold my breath for the item to arrive. This company has very poor customer service & communication skills. This could have been handled without a complaint had they just responded quickly and either shipped the item or refunded me when asked rather than lie about when it was placed & shipped.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
