I went to this restaraunt where I received cold food, I let them know that the food was extremely cold and the meat was so dry it looked old. The manager came over harassed me insulted me. Told me I had no choice but to oh. I felt embarrassed And robbed. I would like them to refund me money.

In the past as with this complaint her concerns were brought to my attention my her server. I did discuss the matter with Ms., offered to make A reasonable adjustment to her bill & at no time made any comments to her in A disparaging manner.It is my position that Ms. has been treated fairly by myself & the restaurant staff including on the date in question. I am rejecting this response because: This gentleman keeps climbing I have made complaints similar to the one in question. Which is completely FALSE. The reason I have gone beyond to make a pint is because this gentleman not only is lying about me complaining in the past. Never have I ever returned any food if it was not give me salsa give me more tortillas Stuff that is common if he’s been in the business for so long to have. The problem here is he went personal by saying servers even told me “ to be quiet and let my husband order” he went to say that I am a rdicolous person for not letting my husband order and making him eat food he did not want. That is beyond unprofessional had that been true still that’s not of their business and for the “manager” “owner” to say! He not only said he “tried” to accommodated me?! How ridiculous. This man also continue by telling me he’s servers hated when we came in and refused to take care of us! Why would he stick so low to insult a customer because the food was Cold?! This person is beyond unprofessional and I am not happy with he’s response as he’s so full of it. I have been going there for years! That’s should say a lot. So when I complaint instead of apologizing or making it right he insults me and my family! My kids were witness to he’s tone of voice and I will keep reviewing and letting everyone know what poor customer service and unethical and unprofessional that man is!
