months. We adjusted the account to our estimated usage. The member then called in to dispute the estimation and we then credited additional money back to what we the believed was the satisfaction of the member. The member did not believe they should pay for any usage at all since it was GVECs error. The meter was working to 100% accuracy but the members usage was significantly higher due to usage in the home, not an issue with the meter. At this time, no additional credit is deemed necessary.
