credit for the trip chargeWe add the charge to the account in Service Center and if trouble is not on GVTC side, the tech is to go in and removes the charge This wa,s not done

After reviewing the customer's account, GVTC does charge an "Activation Fee' to downgrade to internet only. The fee is to activate standalone internet and has no relation to being in a contract. We use this fee anytime a customer goes to internet only. When a...
customer has internet only the monthly rate does go to a standalone price. Discounts are available to customers that subscribe to a bundle of products.
In order for the monthly fee to be cheaper the customer would have to add additional services. In regards to the "activation fee" it is a company policy and is not waived.
We feel this complaint is resolved.
