Since Mr. [redacted] was in possession of an $11,000 payment from us, we were, in the email referenced by him, hoping to compromise with him on a payment amount for work done. We do not believe the work done is worth $1500; rather, we have been greatly inconvenienced by the state of this project.
The contents of the old shed are in the yard and on the patio covered with tarps. We've been unable to use the patio lights since the demo in December, since they are tied to the shed lights. We have been unable to use our sprinkler system since January when the trench was dug and one sprinkler displaced. The bedding plants were dormant when we "temporarily" moved them in November, but that will no longer be the case with spring here. I also purchased several hundred dollars worth of building materials which by agreement were to be used in this project, which have been taking up room in my garage since December.
Now it is March 10. We are without a shed and also without $11,000 since we have not yet received any reimbursement whatsoever from Mr. [redacted].
We absolutely did not agree to that amount. [redacted] informed us by email on March 1, and I filled out a complaint on the Revdex.com web site on March 4.

Mr [redacted] Email me and told me that they thought abt it over night and said the job was worth $1500 and to reimburse him with the rest of the money. So I told him that I was going to write him a check for $8300 and that I was charging him $2700 for what I did.
