I am rejecting this response because I did not see any expiration date or the year of the coupon on the coupon And why did they do the check when the check engine light was on? I was told from another smog check place that is an automatic failure, The guy said he wouldn't run a check knowing this And also the business response said they haven't done the no pass no pay since I found a coupon in the 2013-phone book were it clearly states on the coupon no pass no pay

I have attached a copy the original work order to this email and on it I have marked exhibit A and B. Please bring your attention to exhibit B first where the customer signed the worked. In addition to the customers signature in exhibit B, you will notice in exhibit A that the customer also initialed where it is clearly marked pass or fail or abort. This is our standard work order for a smog check.As far as per smog inspection rejection goes, its not allowed per the smog check rules and regulations set forth by the state of California. IT is also unfair to the customer to reject his vehicle without giving him or her a full inspection which he came in for.For example, If we told the customer that the check engine light is on it's not going to pass. Please go fix it and bring it back. The customer goes and fixes the check engine light and brings it back, we get ready to do the smog, we open the hood and see a hose missing. Now we tell the customer to go fix it and bring it back again. The customer goes to fix it and brings it back. Now we get ready to do the test, We preform the smog inspection and the vehicle fails the tail pipe emissions. These are just a few of the examples of why per inspection rejections are not allowed.Thank You[redacted]
